Proteolytic activity of soils from the use biosorbents

Abstract:

     The possibility of use of indicators of proteolytic activity of the petropolluted soil, as estimating both its initial condition, and efficiency of application of a sorbent is shown. It is determined that the soil pollution level is higher, the stronger indicators of biological activity react to application of a sorbent and the effect of its positive action is shown. Model experiences with artificial pollution of soils allow to reveal as the most adequate criteria of its assessment, and to determine an orientation of the changes arising in enzymatic system.
