Abstract:
Spatial characteristics of water bodies, hydrological regime features, runoff formation conditions and the level of anthropogenic impact on the Chernaya River tributary catchment areas are analyzed. Water bodies that have undergone physical transformation, resulting in a change in their hydrological, hydromorphological and hydrochemical characteristics, are identified. The factors influencing the water quality of the Chernaya River tributaries include wastewater discharges from organized and unorganized sources, runoff from the territories of settlements, agricultural lands, roads and construction sites. The complex nature of the water bodies using is revealed and a list of types of impact subject to standardization is established. The main standardized types of impact for all tributaries include the introduction of chemicals, suspended substances and microorganisms. In order to develop standards of permissible impact (SPI), estimated water management areas within the catchment areas of eleven Chernaya River tributaries are identified. The stages of SPI development for the Chernaya River tributaries, as well as the composition of the required initial information and methods for obtaining it, are determined. The need to include additional posts and sites in the network of observations of the small rivers state and pollution in areas not subject to anthropogenic impact and in diffuse pollution zones is substantiated.
Keywords: catchment area, anthropogenic impact, runoff from territories, organized discharge, diffuse discharge, pollution of water bodies, standards of permissible impact (SPI)
