Abstract:

An analytical review of the current state and prospects of development of maritime mobile of data collection platforms are the foundation of the global observing systems, playing an important role in the study of the oceans and the impact occurring in it processes of heat exchange and the concentration of salts on the weather and climate Earth. It was shown the trend of development of maritime mobile platforms – the main suppliers of probing data intended for the absorption to the global observing system for the formation of the weather forecast.

Keywords: maritime mobile platform, satellite, observation system, environmental monitoring, marine buoy, profiler, glider, control, smart structure.
