Abstract:
A large number of engines and mechanisms used at water treatment and mining enterprises in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city, as well as in Russia as a whole, have significant operating time and require constant monitoring of the vibration state. The main task of monitoring is to identify changes in the frequency and amplitude of vibrations in the early stages, and as a result, to prevent the development of accidents and minimize damage from the consequences. Control can be carried out using non-contact optical measurement methods. The article describes the physical experiments carried out to determine the applicability of remote optical methods for monitoring the vibration state of various technological equipment. The application of the laser speckle correlation method and the photomodulation holographic method for analyzing the intensity and shape of vibrations, as well as the spectral composition, is considered. A laboratory vibration stand UP-709 and a laboratory installation for studying industrial vibration with an unbalanced motor shaft were used as vibration sources. Graphs of visualization of vibration processes with various parameters are presented. The possibility of recording a significant increase in vibration amplitudes during transient processes in electric motors by analyzing information from a video signal using the considered methods is demonstrated.
